When preparing your yogurts, drain the nuts and discard the soaking water.
In a powerful blender pour your nuts and 800 ml of filtered water.
Mix at full power for 90 seconds.
Put the vegetable milk back in the blender with the powdered rasa (It allows you to have a firmer texture, you will add more or months depending on the desired consistency but you have to have light hand), the solid part of a box of coconut milk (which will have remained preferably 12 hours at fridge).
Add the ProViotic capsules and mix it all for 60 seconds.
Then pour the mixture into a yogurt maker and let it ferment for 12 minutes.
Once past 12 hours, put your yogurts in the refrigerator 12 hours before eating with fruits.
